Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 annually
You bring:
- 3+ years of experience in payroll processing or similar role
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and payroll practices
- Experience with payroll software (UKG preferred)
- High School diploma or GED required, a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- High numerical aptitude including Excel, mathematical and calculation skills
Role: The Senior Payroll & Compensation Specialist will report to the Director of HR Operations. This role will be responsible for processing biweekly payroll for our employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll processing, a strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
