Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 annually
You bring:
- Bachelor’s degree with an HR emphasis preferred
- 3+ years of HR experience required, with an emphasis on benefits and leaves
- UKG experience highly desired
- SHRM, SPHR, or other HR certification are a plus
Role: As the Benefits Specialist you will assist employees with benefits enrollment and questions, manage insurance billing, process employee leave requests, maintain employee database and files, and ensure compliance with required benefit notices. You will report directly to the Benefits Manager. The ideal candidate is customer-service focused, process driven, with strong verbal and written communication skills, and great attention to detail.
