- SPHR certification preferred
- 5 years’ experience in HR management
- Ability to influence and persuade senior management level
Role: As the HR Manager, you will work in an HR department of 8, report to the HR Director, and have 4 direct reports. The ideal candidate has strong background in manufacturing and talent acquisition, a passion for people, values developing relationships, and thinks outside the box. The HR Manager must have the ability to influence and provide strategic guidance on HR and Talent Acquisition initiatives.
