Mulberry Talent Partners has joined with our client, a produce company in Gresham, to identify a direct hire HR Manager for their team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative atmosphere where they are expected to partner with coworkers, department leaders, and the executive board on a daily basis.

The role: 

This is a full-time, direct-hire role located in Gresham. As the HR Manager, you will be a model of leadership and working collaboratively for the company. You will be proactive in engaging leaders and managers to retain, engage, and develop highly efficient teams. The HR Manager will identify and assess training opportunities that align with organizational programs and goals as well as assist in providing guidance and support when partnering with leaders to problem solve and ensure that each employee feels valued and respected. You are flexible, will maintain knowledge of legal requirements, and are prepared to work in multiple roles in a generalist capacity. Partnering and collaboration are a vital function of this role.

The ideal candidate:

You have a bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, 8+ years of progressive HR experience, experience with HRIS systems, and developing organizational structures. You are familiar working within the regulations of the Oregon Pay Equity Act, have conducted full cycle recruitment, managing and administering benefits plans, and 401k administration. You are a communicative team player with excellent problem-solving strategies, engaging, and have a strong ability to prioritize and multitask.
