As the organization continues to grow and scale production to meet increasing market demand, they are seeking a Territory Sales Manager who is energized by mission-driven work and thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will drive adoption and growth of products across IDNs, health systems, and independent practices using a total office call approach. This role owns territory planning and execution in a quota-driven environment and builds strong KOL and customer relationships.

The ideal candidate is a driven, coachable sales professional who excels in entrepreneurial environments and brings a competitive, and relational approach.

A day in the life:

  • Builds and maintains strong customer relationships, including KOL cultivation and maintenance.
  • Demonstrates outstanding product knowledge and can impart this knowledge to the larger sales team via cross functional collaboration.
  • Develops and executes on territory business plans in a 3-month sales cycle/quota-based system.
  • Implements targeted call plan and appropriately mobilizes corporate resources where necessary.
  • Transfers account knowledge and other requested information to supervisor on weekly basis.
  • Proactively recognizes and communicates urgent information in a timely manner.
  • Manages expense budgets for their respective geography and is accountable for compliance with Company policies and procedures.
  • Reports customer product complaints and adverse events per the corporate Quality Affairs policy and sells products per FDA labelling and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintains current working knowledge of reimbursement environment and speaks proficiently regarding such matters.
  • Completes administrative requirements on time and accurately.
  • Proficient with the use of CRM (Salesforce) and maintains and updates in a timely manner.
  • Maintains company standards involving ethical and moral character and always represents the company with the highest professional standards.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Health Sciences, or related field required
  • 1+ year in medical sales required
  • Polished communication: Friendly, professional, and confident verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be optimistic, curious, have a continuous learning mindset, and thrive in ownership-based environments

Compensation and Benefits: $85,000 annual base salary plus quarterly commission tied to quota. First-year on-target earnings (OTE): $135,000 with uncapped commission potential. Paid time off and company holidays. $650/month car allowance.
