What you should know: Mulberry is partnering with a global veterinary organization to hire a Senior Recruiter. In this role you will conduct full-cycle recruitment for high-impact roles while partnering closely with senior leadership to drive an exceptional hiring experience. The ideal candidate is able to work in ambiguity, in a fast-paced environment, and able to work with global teams.
A day in the life:
- Lead full‑cycle recruitment for corporate and executive level roles across technology, operations, and corporate functions
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing market insights, competitive intelligence, and recommendations on talent strategy.
- Partner with global HRBPs and hiring leaders to understand workforce needs, business goals, and long‑term organizational priorities.
- Develop tailored search strategies for leadership hires, including passive sourcing, targeted outreach, and confidential recruitment.
- Build and maintain pipelines for highly specialized skill sets.
- Proactively source diverse, high‑quality candidates using advanced sourcing methodologies.
- Build future‑facing talent pipelines for recurring or anticipated vacancies across the organization.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Influence, coach, and collaborate with hiring teams across multiple time zones to align expectations and ensure consistency.
- Facilitate debriefs and guide hiring leaders through structured, equitable decision‑
- Utilize global recruitment systems, tools, and platforms to accurately track candidate movement and maintain data integrity.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the broader TA function.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
- 5-7+ years of corporate recruiting experience
- Able to work with limited information, direct communication, and a high attention to detail with high degree of accuracy and efficiency
Compensation and Benefits: $50-60/HR plus access to Mulberry’s employer of record partner.
