They are seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Manager to develop and support a profitable Agent team. Reporting to the VP of Insurance, this sales leader will support, develop, and supervise a regional insurance sale team. They will also build close partnerships with leaders across locations to manage dispersed staff.

A day in the life:
- Deliver on agreed upon business sales, premium and revenue growth metrics for the market
- Monitor market trends and develop growth strategies for the regional market
- Maintain a pool of potential sales talent to minimize vacancies and achieve growth goals
- Interview, hire, train & coach, counsel and, when necessary, terminate managed personnel
- Oversee annual performance reviews for all Insurance Sales Professionals
- Identify, through data analysis, key market opportunities and potential growth markets
- Support key initiatives such as member growth and other collateral programs
- Prepare and facilitate monthly performance and development meetings and annual reviews
- Develop content for and conduct regular sales meetings
- Work closely with the Sales Coach to developing and implementing sales growth strategies
- Act as information source to staff regarding service guidelines, club policies and procedures
Position includes full supervisory responsibilities for 20-30 year-round full-time non-exempt Insurance Sales Professionals.
Professional and Insurance Service Representative as it pertains to Sales and Service Performance expectations.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent experience required
- Licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance required
- 5+ years of Insurance sales leadership with recent experience at a similar scope of authority
- Successful track record of Sales performance as a producer and/or leader
- Strong team building skills with ability to manage large team of direct reports
- Strong managerial skills; ability to make decisions using sound judgement and discretion
- Strategic and creative thinking and strong problem-solving ability
- Organizational and time management skills required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to work in a team environment
- Mediation and negotiation skills required.
Computer skills required including but not limited to: Word, Excel, EPIC, Document Scanning Software, and insurance carrier proprietary systems
Compensation and Benefits: $90-95K annual compensation plus 15% bonus. Benefits including medical, dental, vision, FSA, 401(k), holiday pay, and more!
