role on the leadership team reporting to the HR Director. They are ready and motivated to hire an experienced HR professional who believes in servant leadership while doing tactical hands-on work with their team. With room to grown in this role, it is a long-term career opportunity!

A day in the life:

  • Drive operational priorities to achieve high-performance and high-integrity business
  • Serve as the HR Division Director’s right hand developing and implementing strategies creating efficiencies and maximum operating performance
  • Collaborate with other division HR leaders aligning companywide programs, initiatives, values and safety
  • Support business leaders to identify talent, develop job descriptions and recruiting plans as well as assist with interviews and selection of candidates
  • Manage performance and compensation review process including succession planning as well as development action plans
  • Conduct internal investigations presenting finding and determining corrective action
  • Using HRIS Business Intelligence, provide detailed analysis of key human resources metrics and produce reporting to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and establishment of performance metrics

Your areas of knowledge and expertise:

  • 7+ years of multi-state, multi-site HR leadership including supervisory experience
  • BA/BS from an accredited college or university in Human Resources, or related field
  • Be an expert in local, state, and federal employment laws and mitigate risks in HR operations
  • Attitude of embracing change and process improvement leading with a positive mindset
  • Ability to travel 10-20%
  • Advanced MS Office
  • Preferred qualifications include HR certification, UKG experience, food production or manufacturing seasonal staffing, and bilingual written and verbal English and Spanish

Compensation and Benefits: $110-$130K in annual compensation. Benefits include high quality, low-
