HR & Employee Engagement Manager

- Remote (must be local to Portland, OR), with travel max of 30% of time to So-Cal, Oklahoma, St Louis, & Pennsylvania
Salary: $100,000 – $115,000 annually plus potential annual bonus!
- 7 yrs + of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles
- Focus on employee relations, investigations and engagement is required.
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR is highly preferred
Role: The Senior HRBP will play a pivotal role in fostering positive employee relations, handling corrective actions, leading investigations, and supporting HR Business Partners across all company locations. This role also will be instrumental in employee engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with our company’s values and objectives. This position is part of the HR Management team and is responsible for participating in developing and executing HR strategy in alignment with company strategy. This role demands a highly skilled and experienced HR professional with a track record of effectively managing complex employee investigations, developing strategic employee relations programs, and leading innovative employee engagement strategies.
