What you should know: Mulberry is partnering with a local non-profit organization who are committed to doing things differently to make a difference. They have around 750 employees and work to provide jobs to those with disabilities.
A day in the life:
- Manages the onboarding process by scheduling screenings, communicating with the new hires and managers
- Maintain onboarding documentation and track progress to ensure timely completion
- Provide support and resources for new hires
- Liaise with external agencies to process applications
Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
- 1+ year of HR/onboarding experience required
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, proactive thinking and communication
- Proficient in MS Excel
Compensation and Benefits: $24-$28 per hour with access to benefits via Mulberry’s employer of record partner.
