A day in the life:
- Provide operational HR leadership and supervise HR generalist staff
- Manage employee relations, investigations, and corrective action
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Oversee recruiting and partner with leaders on staffing strategies
- Administer compensation and benefits and support internal equity initiatives
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and HR best practices
- Collaborate closely with payroll and finance leadership
- Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational growth
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years progressive HR experience
- Strong employment law and compliance knowledge
- Sound judgment, professionalism, and decision-making ability
- Experience in healthcare, long-term care, or senior living strongly preferred
Compensation & Benefits: $115,000 – $125,000 plus benefits!
