HR Coordinator

What you should know: Mulberry Talent Partners is the proud partner to a local production company to hire an HR Coordinator. This is a wonderful opportunity to work closely with their HR team and support various HR functions including onboarding, data management, process improvement, executive support, and more!
A day in the life:
- Provides basic administrative support, i.e., calendar maintenance, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, expense reports, open and distribute mail, draft communications and presentations, etc.
- Maintain common knowledge of HR FAQ to respond appropriately to questions from supported areas of business.
- Manage the Seasonal Hire efforts with pre-employment and onboarding tasks to be completed prior to a seasonal new hire attending orientation This includes sending welcome emails, assigning employee numbers, launching digital onboarding, and coordinating badge photos
- Own employee data inputs, system changes for assigned functions utilizing HRIS system
- Support employee separations processes: request final pays, complete paperwork, send separation notices, etc.
- Support various P&C initiatives throughout the year including annual reviews and calibration processes, open enrollment, talent management, etc.
- Offer letter creation/tracking/system entry
- Assist with retrieving badge pictures, entering in badge numbers
Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
- High School Diploma; Associates Degree preferred.
- 5 years previous administrative experience 2+ years of experience in HR
- Must be a self-starter, highly communicative, critical thinker, kind, and open to feedback
Compensation and Benefits: $30/HR with access benefits through Mulberry’s record of talent partner.
