What you should know: Mulberry is partnering with our longtime client a growing family-owned company who has been in business for over 50 years. A day in the life: This position is new to the company and a great opportunity for an experienced EHS professional to take an established program to the next level! You will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations relating to workplace safety and environment protection.
You bring:
- 5+ years of experience leading a commercial construction EHS program including training and education programs and job specific safety compliance and safety plans
- 5+ years of experience of workers’ compensation oversight including incident and accident investigations, reporting, return to work programs and managing claims
- Partner with insurance captive on all reporting, inspections, audits and compliance requirements
- Experience managing company fleet of vehicles and equipment
- OSHA 30 certified
- Ideal candidates are bilingual in English & Spanish and are a Certified Safety Professional
- Experience working in commercial construction industry preferred
Compensation and Benefits: $110-$140K in annual compensation.
