A day in the life:

  • Administer and interpret labor contracts, providing guidance to managers and employees.
  • Participate in collective bargaining negotiations.
  • Advise management on labor laws and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Your areas of knowledge and qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience managing employee and labor relations functions and teams
  • Strong skill set in working with unions and collective bargaining agreements including negotiations
  • Experience with Employee Relations tracking software
  • Must possess a current driver’s license, pass a DMV background check and be designated an “acceptable” driver as outlined in Safety Policy. Must pass an initial driver and maintain vehicle insurance coverage of a minimum of $100,000/$300,000 personal auto liability coverage.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, TB test, and background check.

Compensation and Benefits: $60-67/HR. Benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k and paid time off! This is a great opportunity to build your network and learn new skills!
