A day in the life:
- Administer and interpret labor contracts, providing guidance to managers and employees.
- Participate in collective bargaining negotiations.
- Advise management on labor laws and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Your areas of knowledge and qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing employee and labor relations functions and teams
- Strong skill set in working with unions and collective bargaining agreements including negotiations
- Experience with Employee Relations tracking software
- Must possess a current driver’s license, pass a DMV background check and be designated an “acceptable” driver as outlined in Safety Policy. Must pass an initial driver and maintain vehicle insurance coverage of a minimum of $100,000/$300,000 personal auto liability coverage.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, TB test, and background check.
