Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 plus quarterly bonus
You bring:
- 5 – 7 years safety experience in a manufacturing environment
- AS9100 knowledge helpful
- OSHA certification preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences or related field
- In-depth knowledge of federal, state and local EH&S regulations
- Operation and Maintenance of mechanical systems
Role: As the EHS Manager, you will be responsible for managing the environmental, health and safety programs at the Groton facility. As a hands-on member of the team, you will work closely with operations, maintenance, and other stakeholders to minimize the safety risks to employees, ensure compliance with all environmental regulations, and implement corporate EHS initiatives. The EHS Manager operates as an advocate for employees and will continue to make improvements in safety culture. The ideal candidate has high energy, is team-oriented, and is an active participant.
