What you should know: Mulberry is partnering with a large, fast-growing manufacturing company with a global presence for a Director of Talent Acquisition. A day in the life:
- Maintain and grow strategic staffing partnerships and programs across local and global sites
- Lead and manage all talent acquisition programs from sourcing through onboarding ensuring compliance with company best practices, policies, and procedures
- Research and present new tools and resources creating innovative and creative candidate attraction and engagement
- Oversight of contingent and temporary labor partners
- Partner and collaborate with HR teams at all sites on workforce planning
Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
- 7+ years of leading talent acquisition programs in the manufacturing industry
- Strong business acumen and professional influence to work with executive leadership team
- Experience in global manufacturing environment highly preferred
- Successfully represent company to external community creating positive engagement
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other related field
- SHRM certification, preferred
