Director of Compensation

What you should know: Mulberry is partnering with our longtime client, a public, mid-sized global manufacturing company committed to ongoing transformation to meet the demands of an ever-changing industry for a Director of Compensation. This is a new role and will serve as the SME for all policy, procedure and process for the company’s global compensation management. Ability to display curiosity, career motivation with a high level of ambition will make you a successful candidate.
A day in the life:
- Maintain and grow strategic compensation partnerships with outside vendors
- Lead and manage all compensation programs including annual total rewards review, annual survey and benchmarking, salary range development and short- and long-term incentive programs
- Consult with HR teams at all sites for compensation training, guidance and strategic planning
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and global compensation and pay regulations
Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
- 10+ years of compensation, with 3+ years of global compensation experience at a Sr. Manager or Director level
- Strong communicator of data, analysis, facts as a story for an executive audience
- Collaborative with proven success of working with both finance and human resources teams
- Experience in global manufacturing environment highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other related field, MBA preferred
- SHRM and World at Work certifications, preferred
Compensation and Benefits: $160-175K in annual compensation.
