Client Service Analyst

A day in the life:
- Review client contracts, proposals, invoices, and other documents/data sources.
- Prepare reports and analyses, including reviewing information for accuracy and formatting appropriately for internal usage and client presentations.
- Enter data in Excel spreadsheets and the company database and assist with client document management.
- Respond to team members and clients request via phone and email, participate in client conference calls and virtual meetings.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance OR equivalent experience
- 1+ year of customer service experience required
- 1+ year of data analysis experience highly desired
- Strong numbers skills
- Must have a high attention to detail, proactive communication, and superior customer-service skills
