Alex Kerr is a Learning and Development Consultant here in Portland. Recent projects include creating a massive e-learning curriculum for Nike’s legal team and coaching a new University of Oregon professor as he prepared to launch their Sustainable Supply Chain course. He began his career training educators in an under-funded school district in Memphis, Tennessee. There he fell in love with supporting high-performing teams to become learning organizations. Today he does this by coaching Subject Matter Experts like you to turn their intuition into codified, approachable training for their teams.
