Lauren Francis founded Mulberry Talent Partners in 2017 and possesses over 25 years of experience in the placement and recruitment industry. She is the founder/Former CEO of Town & Country Resources, which she grew into the most successful domestic staffing firm in the country prior to selling the company in 2004. Over the past 10 years, Lauren focused on corporate placements as she led the Recruiting Division of a consulting firm in Portland. Lauren is Mulberry’s resident Career Advisor, providing job seekers with hands-on advice for their job search and career development.

Laura Back joined Mulberry Talent Partners in 2017 and is currently our Director of Marketing and Events. She brings a diverse background to her role including corporate placements at a consulting firm in Portland, managing a temporary division at a household staffing agency, and several years as a program coordinator for a leading health sciences university. As our resident communications expert, Laura loves to empower candidates with tools to craft effective cover letters, thank you notes, and networking outreach.
