Mulberry is proud to partner exclusively with a highly respected, mid-sized healthcare organization in Hillsboro, OR, known for its intimate and mission-driven culture. We’re seeking a Workday Implementation Project Coordinator to join their team for the next nine to twelve months. This is a fulltime, fully benefited limited duration hire offering a flexible hybrid schedule. You will be the glue that keeps the rollout organized and on track! This is an immediate and high priority need, and our client is engaged and ready to meet qualified candidates.
A day in the life:
- Work alongside HRIS team responsible for coordinating and maintaining the project plan, task lists and timelines
- Support implementation SMEs with configuration of Workday modules
- Coordinate and participate in testing cycles
- Track milestones and due dates
- Schedule meetings and prepare agendas across multiple teams
- Collect weekly and month status updates from different workstreams
- Serve as the liaison between internal teams and the Workday implementation partner
- Ensure deliverable are submitted on time
- Organize and maintain all project documentation
- Help distribute project communications
- Support go-live readiness checklists and planning
Your areas of knowledge, expertise and ability:
- 5+ years of project coordination experience responsible for start to end project completion
- 2+ years of Workday experience including implementation support and usage
- HRIS and system implementation experience
- Experience using project management documentation tools
- Organized and clear communication skills gaining buy-in from project stakeholders
