As the organization continues to grow and scale production to meet increasing market demand, they are seeking a National Account Lead who is energized by mission-driven work and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. In this role, you will own contracting and account development with large hospital systems and IDNs, working closely with GPOs, distributors, and the field sales team.
This is an individual contributor role focused on execution, relationship ownership, and cross-functional coordination. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their sales career within a supportive, values-aligned organization.
A day in the life:
- Lead contracting and negotiations with hospital systems and IDNs
- Drive product approval through Value Analysis, Sourcing, and Purchasing processes
- Own day-to-day engagement with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), including Premier Health and Vizient, ensuring contract utilization and pull-through
- Manage relationships with national and regional distributors, partnering to drive utilization within contracted systems
- Collaborate closely with Ceek’s field sales team to convert contracts into active adoption
- Present and detail clinical and economic value of Ceek’s products to clinicians (physicians, APPs) and non-clinical stakeholders
- Provide feedback to leadership on pricing, contracting terms, and account expansion opportunities
Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
- 5+ years of experience in national or strategic accounts within medical devices and/or diagnostics
- Proven success contracting with hospital systems or IDNs
- Direct experience working with Premier Health and Vizient (or comparable large GPOs)
- Experience contracting with and driving pull-through via large distributors
- Strong working knowledge of hospital procurement workflows, including value analysis
- Ability to communicate credibly with both clinical and economic decision-makers
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

Compensation and Benefits: $125,000 + annual base compensation plus robust quarterly performance bonus that creates opportunity earn $200K+.
