Chief Financial Officer

Reporting to the CEO you will lead a team including accounting, finance, human resources, training, and payroll. A day in the life:
- Lead, train and guide employees of your team
- Preparation and presentation of financial statements and reports
- Responsible for all cash management, banking, payroll oversight, internal controls and financial management
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting and cash flow for organization
- Work with external tax and financial partners for annual filings and audits
- Coordinate and lead internal audit process
- Prepare budget proposals for new projects
- Communicate and present to community partners, board of directors and executive leadership team
Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business required. CPA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience working as a CFO or Sr. Financial leader including people leadership required
- Experience in nonprofit, affordable housing and working with a Board of Directors highly preferred
- Knowledge of collective bargaining agreements and negotiations preferred
- QuickBooks Online and full suite of MS Office expertise with emphasis on Excel required
- Experience with ADP preferred
Compensation and Benefits: $130K in annual compensation with annual and automatic annual six percent pay increase. Paid parking paid medical benefits, 401k and employer match, paid time off and holiday pay are just a few benefits you will enjoy.
