They have an immediate, interim need for an HR Generalist to support employees with day-to-day HR questions and projects related to year end deadlines. A day in the life:
- Open enrollment happening in November with support from HR leadership
- Full cycle recruiting including posting, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates to hiring managers
- Entering employee data including compensation and title changes
- Documenting/filing performance reviews
- Point of contact for employees regarding payroll, benefits, and employee relations
- Assist with leaves
- Support employee engagement activities around holidays and office celebrations
Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
- 2+ years of HR Generalist experience working directly with employees
- Experience with full cycle recruiting
- Experience with employee relations and leaves of absence
- Technically inclined with knowledge of HRIS and payroll platforms and curiosity to learn
- Maintain confidential information, establish credibility and trust, and work with a high degree of accuracy
