The Mulberry Talent Partners team had the opportunity to sit down with Life Coach, Jen Trumm, to discuss why all HR professionals could use a life coach.
In this conversation, we cover:
- If you are a professional in Human Resources and struggle with confidence and/or self-care, you need a Life Coach
- Burnout is at an all-time high for HR Professionals. Burnout is a red flag that you are functioning from dysfunction.
- When we are functioning from a place of “burnout” and not functioning from a place of calm and clarity,it trickles down into our personal and professional relationships and causes us to not produce our best work.
- Not only can a Coach help you to become a better version of yourself both personally and professionally, through coaching, you can become an ambassador to the process of coaching for your organization
