Mulberry Talent Partners was established in 2017 by Lauren Francis. Lauren possesses over 25 years of experience in the placement and recruitment industry. She is the founder/Former CEO of Town & Country Resources, which she grew into the most successful domestic staffing firm in the country prior to selling the company in 2004. Over the past 10 years, Lauren focused on corporate placements as she led the Recruiting Division of a consulting firm in Portland. Lauren has an extensive and well-established network that provides Mulberry’s clients with unparalleled access to top tier candidates.
A rare native of the Portland-area, Kelsey Trif graduated with a BA in Public Relations from the University of Oregon (Go Ducks!). After college, she spent five years working as an Event Specialist for an event production company in Portland, OR before pivoting her career into recruiting and talent acquisition. Kelsey joined the Mulberry Talent Partners team in 2020 as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. In her free time, you can find Kelsey going to spin class, hanging out with her baby nieces, or eating tacos and enjoying a margarita with her fiancé, Neil.
