What you should know: Mulberry has teamed up with a well-established local energy company, employing over 200 people, to hire an interim Talent Acquisition Specialist to support their team. You will report to their VP of People. The ideal candidate for this position is highly organized, personable, professional, and an excellent communicator.
A day in the life:
- Coordinates and assists with attracting and referring candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals and other sourcing methods.
- Screens resumes/applications and coordinates interviews.
- Facilitates pre-employment assessments such as phone screens.
- Provides feedback to candidates not selected for positions.
- Assists with job advertisements and postings.
- Conducts reference checks.
- Creates folders and manages documents within the ATS.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
- High school diploma (required), associate or bachelor’s degree (preferred), or demonstrated equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of recruiting coordination experience
- Full cycle recruiting experience highly desired
- Experience in an ATS required
Compensation and Benefits: $30-$35/HR with access to benefits through Mulberry’s employer of record partner.
