What you should know: Mulberry has partnered with a local manufacturing organization to hire a Senior HRBP. You will play a pivotal role in fostering positive employee relations, handling corrective actions, leading investigations, and supporting HR Business Partners across all company locations. You will report to the VP of HR.
A day in the life:
- Foster positive employee relations across the organization.
- Handle corrective actions with consistency and fairness.
- Lead and manage complex employee investigations.
- Support HR Business Partners across all company locations.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives aligned with company values.
- Ensure alignment of HR practices with organizational objectives.
- Develop and execute HR strategies in line with the company’s overall strategy.
- Design and implement strategic employee relations programs.
- Lead innovative approaches to employee engagement.
- Collaborate as part of the HR Management team to shape HR direction and impact.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
- 7 yrs + of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles
- Focus on employee relations, investigations, and engagement is required.
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR is highly preferred
Compensation and Benefits: $100,000 – $115,000 base annually, and a 15.5% potential bonus. Benefits including comprehensive health, dental, life, and disability insurance, 401K matching, and generous PTO.
