Mulberry Talent Partners: Human Resources Division, has joined with our client, a company located in Austin, TX to identify a Recruiter to join their team. This is a 100% ONSITE, full-time, contract to hire role that will be a key member of our recruiting team, driving full-cycle recruiting for highly specialized positions across the company’s business. You will be responsible for sourcing, client relationship management, and managing offers, all while providing an exceptional candidate experience.

Your Role:

  • Recruit for all open positions located in the Austin, TX facility
  • You will be responsible for sourcing, client relationship management, and managing offers, all while providing an exceptional candidate experience
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop scalable sourcing strategies
  • Screen and advise prospective candidates to help identify culture add and role fit, and act as an advisor as you help them learn about the unique career paths at the facility
  • Manage candidate and requisition tracking
  • Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates through continuous research and market mapping
  • Source qualified candidates through available company resources (i.e., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
  • Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
  • Create, plan, and implement creative sourcing initiatives and events with the goal of developing a diverse talent community

 You Bring:

  • Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred; applicable experience in lieu of education requirements will be considered
  • 2-3 years of Staffing and/or Corporate Recruiting experience
  • UltiPro and an applicant tracking system experience a plus
  • Prior experience recruiting for technical positions in the semiconductor, contractor manufacturing, and/or manufacturing area strongly recommended
  • You are proactive and demonstrate superior organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks
  • Naturally assertive and passionate
  • You are self-aware and a clear communicator with empathy towards the people with whom you work
  • The customer experience is your top priority, and you are a trusted advisor
  • You build on sourcing strategies that go beyond LinkedIn and have a proven track record for assessing talent beyond matching keywords on a resume
  • You can operate with efficiency, while paying close attention to the details, ensuring that candidates and internal partners have a positive experience
  • You are process oriented, but adaptable to constant change and have the agility to context switch on various roles
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and team-based project experience.
  • Proficient computer skills including the Microsoft Office and in-depth knowledge of data mining and internet research

Compensation Rate: $30-$35 per hour
