You bring:
- 5+ years of experience leading L&D programs in professional services
- Bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership or Human Resources Management, preferred.
- Well versed in learning management systems and curriculum software (Articulate preferred)
- Proven experience with L&D strategy and execution with a track record of innovation
- Able to build a business case, a resource plan and budget to meet L&D initiatives.
- Demonstrated capability to lead and motivate a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth professional environment that may lack some process and systems.
