Human Resources Business Partner

As an HRBP, you will support the organization through a period of transition, employee movement, and evolving business needs. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver, has strong interpersonal skills, is adaptable, and can make a quick impact as part of an established team.
A day in the life:
- Partner with department leaders to support HR strategies aligned with organizational goals including talent and workforce management, organization effectiveness, employee experience, program delivery and collaboration, as well as analytics and insights.
- Manage full cycle offboarding processes including exit interviews, documentation, final pay coordination, and knowledge transfer support.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters including coaching managers, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and documentation of sensitive conversations.
- Support corporate recruiting initiatives, including screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding collaboration.
- Ensure legal compliance and consistent application of HR practices in alignment with company policies and applicable employment laws.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with payroll, legal, and operations to ensure seamless employee lifecycle processes.
- Contribute to ad hoc HR projects such as workforce planning, talent reviews, and reporting for leadership teams.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, HR certification highly desired
- 5+ years of strategic HR experience in mid-size, complex manufacturing or similar industry
- Strategic business acumen, organizational development, workforce planning, employee relations and talent acquisition and development all required to be a successful player on this high functioning team
- Demonstrated knowledge of labor laws and regulations, including federal, state, and local requirements
- Experience working with senior leadership and skilled labor and able to coach, counsel, and mentor
Compensation and Benefits: $125-$135K in annual compensation including a very robust total rewards package including benefits with a focus on physical, mental and financial well-being.
