HR & TA Specialist

What you should know: Mulberry has partnered with a well-established and innovative real estate company that employs 400 people to hire an HR & TA Specialist to support their team. Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you will be a key player in their talent strategy. The ideal candidate is solution-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is an experienced partner to hiring managers.
A day in the life:
- Manage ATS applicant flow, screening for fit with regional hiring needs and sharing qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Provide guidance on acceptable hiring practices to managers
- Facilitate pre-employment screenings, including background checks
- Assist with job advertisements and postings
- Generate and distribute offer letter packets to candidates
- Attend local university and college career fairs to support talent pipeline
- Support other HR functions, including co-managing benefits, payroll, and employee relations
Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
- 2+ years in talent acquisition and human resources
- Proficient with ATS/HRIS systems; ADP experience preferred
- Payroll experience highly desired
- Hospitality industry background preferred
- Results-driven with a customer service mindset
Compensation and Benefits: $65,000-$70,000 annually with benefits including healthcare insurance, 401k, paid holidays, vacation, and more!
