What you should know: Mulberry is partnering with a mid-size manufacturing company with a global presence. This is that one of a kind role where you can enlist both your expertise as a strategic HRBP but also your proven strengths as an HR Project Manager.  This dual focused role combines strategic HR partnership with project management expertise. This position partners closely with business leaders to align people strategies to business objectives while leading cross-functional HR projects that drive organizational effectiveness, compliance, and employee engagement. The role also provides day-to-day leadership and development for one HR Generalist.

A day in the life:

HR Business Partnering

  • Partner with business leaders to develop workforce plans, succession strategies, and organizational design solutions.
  • Provide coaching to leaders on performance management, leadership effectiveness, and employee relations matters.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, helping navigate cultural and organizational change.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations using workforce data such as turnover, absenteeism, and engagement trends.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Compensation, Talent, L&D) to ensure HR programs are effectively adopted by the business.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop one HR Generalist

HR Project Management

  • Lead and manage HR project initiatives in areas such as Talent Management, L&D, OD and
  • Develop project charters, plans, timelines, and communication strategies to ensure successful project execution.
  • Establish governance, risk management, and reporting mechanisms for HR initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, partners, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Design and execute change management plans to drive adoption and sustainability of HR programs.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise:

  • 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP and/or HR program management roles.
  • Experience leading and developing HR team members (supervisory experience required).
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and organizational effectiveness principles.
  • Demonstrated project management expertise at the enterprise-level (PMP certification or equivalent experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships with leaders and employees at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate workforce data into business insights.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.

Compensation and Benefits: $130-$140K in annual compensation including a very robust total rewards package showcasing benefits with a focus on physical, mental and financial well-being.
