Grants Accountant

Salary: $31-$41 per hour
You bring:
- 2+ years’ Grants accounting experience – former government or non-profit experience preferred
- A degree in accounting or CPA designation or equivalent work experience
- CIFA Audit experience
- Experience with Sage Intacct preferred
- Proficient with MS Excel
Role: As the Grants Accountant, you will contribute to the organization’s success through grant tracking, reporting and invoicing, as well as monthly grant accounting duties. These include standard journal entry accounting, month-end reconciliations, internal controls, year-end closing, and audit work related to grants. This role works cross departmentally as well as with government and state authorities who provide grant funding. As the Grants Accountant, you will report directly to the Accounting Manager The ideal candidate is open-minded, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and is collaborative with great interpersonal skills.
