Mulberry Talent Partners has joined with our client, a financial services company, in Tigard to identify a Benefits Specialist for their team. The ideal candidate will have a high level of experience administering employee benefits, along with HR generalist experience. This is a dynamic role where you will have the ability to exercise your benefits specialist skills and support the organization’s HRBPs.

The role: 

This is direct hire, full-time role. You will be the point of contact for all questions regarding the employee benefits plans. This includes reviewing benefits with employees and processing enrollment, cancellation, or changes, managing claims resolution, change reporting, and processing Workers Comp. In this dual position, you will also support the HRBPS by preparing drafts of employment and compensation agreements, updating HRIS and confidential information, and track performance reviews. Once you are settled, there is the possibility of you becoming the sole HR contact for a division.

The ideal candidate:

You bring 2+ years’ benefits/HR experience, a passion for helping others navigate the difficulties for benefits administration, the flexibility to partner with employees and HRBPs, and a strong work ethic. Experience coordinating FMLA and ADA for California, and processing 401k is a plus. You are self-driven, organized, and detail oriented. Come join us!
