Dana Pratt is the Principal of DCP Training & Talent Development. Prior to launching her own business, she headed up the talent acquisition and development efforts at New Seasons Market and has led people teams at ODOT, Safeco Insurance and at Macy’s. She began her career in retail management then transferred her knowledge of store operations and people management to learning and development.

Dana works with mission-based organizations to provide training, coaching, talent management and development activities. She is committed to helping managers improve their results and job satisfaction by supporting, challenging and celebrating their people.
