Mary Lou Cleary (She/Her) – HR Adviser, REACH Community Development. Mary Lou joined REACH in 2015 as the Director of Human Resources. Mary Lou has more than 25 years of experience in Human Resource Leadership Management. Prior to REACH, Mary Lou served as a Senior Manager for Conway and as Vice President of HR at Washington Mutual Bank.
Mary Lou’s experience entails all areas of Human Resources; Leadership Development, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Compensation, Training, and spans 8 States with HR responsibilities for up to 2000 employees.
Mary Lou holds a BA in Human Resource Management from George Fox University.
Christa King, SPHR, (She/Her) – Senior HR Manager, REACH Community Development. Christa joined REACH in 2016 as the Office Supervisor/HR Generalist. Five years later, Christa has hit her stride and follows her passions which include: Employee Relations and Retention, DEI work, Benefits, Training, and Wellness. Christa developed her deep interest in the employee experience during her more than 20 years in management in various industries.
Christa earned a BA in Human Resource Management and Management & Leadership from Portland State University.
