You will directly support the CEO and serve as a vital, day-to-day partner to ensure priorities are clear, initiatives move forward smoothly, and strategic goals remain the focus. The ideal candidate is proactive, brings humility and forward-thinking insight, and can confidently work in a fast-paced environment.
A day in the life:
- Drive CEO focus on key goals by identifying and anticipating challenges early and delivering proactive solutions.
- Assist in managing and prioritizing the CEO’s calendar, aligning meetings with strategic priorities.
- Coordinate preparation, distribution, and follow-up of Board agendas and executive materials.
- Coordinate travel logistics and support special projects through research and administrative oversight.
- Draft and refine high-level executive communications and presentations.
- Assist in tracking action items and ensure timely completion of CEO directives and initiatives.
- Cultivate trusted relationships across teams and serve as a strategic liaison on behalf of the CEO.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field strongly preferred.
- 7 years of experience supporting senior executives.
- Experience drafting executive-level communications required.
- Strong knowledge of executive scheduling and workflow management.
- Experience in non-profit or fast-paced, dynamic environments preferred.
- Must be highly organized, strategic, and comfortable engaging senior-level management.
Compensation and Benefits:$85,000–$95,000/year with substantial benefits including medical, dental, vision, 403(b) match, vacation, sick time, student loan forgiveness, and more!
