A day in the life:
- Prepare, write and submit small group / community rated renewal letters to groups and broker agencies.
- Pull, prepare, and organize utilization data for Schedule A 5500’s.
- Review small group / community rated sold case documents for accuracy and submission.
- Gather utilization data to submit forms to state insurance divisions.
- Extract commercial group census information and compile data into Geo Access reports for the sales team.
- Pull and audit quarterly experience reports for clients.
- Create, design and submit ad-hoc data reports as needed.
- Data entry for renewal and proposal log entries.
- Assist in auditing report utilization data.
- Review and respond to mailbox inquiries.
- Perform administration duties such as organizing online folders, digital and paper filings, and intranet memos.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
- 1-2+ years in customer service, client focused, or sales related roles
- Healthcare experience required
- Detail oriented, able to work independently, and highly communicative
Compensation and Benefits: $21-$25/HR with benefits with access to Mulberry’s record of talent partner.
