What you should know: Mulberry is partnering with a large fast growing manufacturing company with a global presence. As an HRBP you will support the organization through a period of transition, employee movement, and evolving business needs. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver, has strong interpersonal skills, is adaptable, and can make a quick impact as a part of an established team.
A day in the life:
- Partner with department leaders to support HR strategies aligned with organizational goals during a period of transition and workforce adjustment.
- Manage full cycle offboarding processes including exit interviews, documentation, final pay coordination, and knowledge transfer support.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters including coaching managers, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and documentation of sensitive conversations.
- Support corporate recruiting initiatives, including screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding collaboration.
- Ensure legal compliance and consistent application of HR practices in alignment with company policies and applicable employment laws.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with payroll, legal, and operations to ensure seamless employee lifecycle processes.
- Contribute to ad hoc HR projects such as workforce planning, talent reviews, and reporting for leadership teams.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years of strategic HR experience in manufacturing
- HR certification highly desired
Compensation and Benefits: $45-50/HR with access to benefits via Mulberry’s employer of record partner.
