Technical Training Manager – Tualatin

Mulberry Talent Partners has joined with our client in Tualatin to identify a Technical Training Manager for a three-month contract role. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop strategies for training employees at global sites of the company
  • Leverages interactive technology solutions as well outside sources to support all training needs through the dynamic environment of the manufacturing organization
  • Manages the planning and coordination of training calendars, attendance and any project milestones critical to the design, delivery and oversight of training and projects related to training
  • Collaborate with service leaders to manage and develop certification programs in assembly, test, safety, and quality processes and procedures


  • Solid combination of educational and 8+ years professional experience in the field of learning & development
  • High-tech and semi-conductor industry experience, including work within a high-volume manufacturing environment
  • Technical knowledge required
  • Experience developing a team of trainers
