Mulberry Talent Partners has joined with our client, an established technology company in Lake Oswego, to identify a Talent Acquisition Partner for a direct-hire job opportunity. In this role, you will bring your high-tech industry experience to manage the full cycle recruitment process for a wide variety of roles.

The role:

You will champion all facets of the full cycle recruitment process, while partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide consultative support during the hiring process. You will effectively manage a req load of salaried, hourly, and global roles. Our client offers a fun, casual, and fast-paced environment, where the HR function is rapidly gaining momentum.

The ideal candidate:

You bring 5-7 years’ experience recruiting within the tech industry, with an established toolkit for actively driving searches and competitively sourcing for roles. You are comfortable with managing a diverse requisition load, including hourly employees, salaried roles, and leadership positions.
