What you’ll be doing… 

 You will champion all facets of the full cycle recruitment process.  Partnering directly with many levels of stakeholders and Hiring Managers, you will fill mid-to-senior individual contributor to management level roles.  The Campus Recruiting strategy will be one that you help craft and execute, building a network for future talent pipelines. You’ll also lend your knowledge, mentoring and coaching other members of the TA team, including junior recruiters. 

What you bring… 

  • 8-10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, encompassing a combination of Heavy Manufacturing recruitment in both agency and corporate environments 
  • Bachelor’s Degree required 
  • Deep experience in the following recruitment verticals: Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance & Accounting, Quality/Continuous Improvement, and Supply Chain
