Senior HR Generalist – Beaverton

Mulberry Talent Partners has joined with our client, a professional services organization, in Beaverton to identify a Senior HR Generalist. In this integral role, you will be responsible for providing a variety of HR services. This includes assessing needs, developing new initiatives and managing the existing programs.  This is a chance to make a direct and immediate impact to the organization.

Responsibilities at a glance:

  • Provide expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent management process to help achieve business goals for the full organization
  • Plan and deliver talent management programs to ensure growth of employees; design and create training tools to support and coach managers to address performance or development concerns; recommend, develop and schedule training courses
  • Manage the maintenance and execution of the performance management system, including current job descriptions, standards of performance and performance evaluation instruments
  • May act as HR Business Partner support for a specific group or team, using deep understanding and partnership with HR specialty areas (payroll, benefits, compensation and recruiting) to proactively provide HR support
  • Work with employees and HR Director to resolve employee relations issues
  • Provide guidance by making recommendations for promotions and salary adjustments to leadership
  • Manage and provide mentorship to the HR Coordinator

What we’re looking for:

  • B.S. or equivalent related experience
  • 5 – 7 years of HR experience in a generalist capacity
  • PHR or SHRM Certification preferred
  • Strong project management skills
  • Self-directed with strong independent decision making capabilities
  • Ability to think outside the box and look for creative and innovative solutions
  • Possess high level of interpersonal skills and ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
