Part-Time Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator – Temporary – NE Portland

What you’ll be doing…This is a hybrid role; direct support to the organization’s President while championing the planning and execution of a variety of small to large projects. Critical EA responsibilities (calendaring, local travel arrangements, meeting preparation, schedule development). Event planning and coordination for the Office of the President.  Delivering exceptional customer service to guests, staff, and community members. 

What you bring…

  • 3-6+ years of VP or C-suite Executive level support
  • Non-profit experience preferred 
  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Compensation: $22-$26/hour for 20-30 hours per week (Tuesday – Thursday)
