Human Resources Director – Direct Hire – Newberg Area

What you’ll be doing…

As the Human Resources Director, you will be working daily, one-on-one with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders to drive engagement and support for the organization’s mission.  You’ll champion every facet of Human Resources (payroll, employee relations, compensation, benefits & retirement, HRIS systems, and recruitment).  You’ll lead through influence teams that stretch across the entire organization (including safety, environmental compliance, immigration, and finance). You will be the trusted advisor, advocate and strategic leader for the people that make up this wonderful organization. 

What you bring…

  • 6-8+ years of Human Resources leadership expertise, within a generalist capacity
  • Complex payroll administration (400+ employees) experience required
  • Non-profit and/or Education experience required
  • Doctorate or Master’s degree required
  • SHRM or HRCI certification required
