HRIS Analyst

HRIS Analyst – Beaverton

Mulberry Talent Partners has joined with our client in Beaverton to identify an HRIS Analyst for their team. Our client is an innovative global corporation with over 1,700 employees worldwide. In this role you will analyze and interpret data in order to provide the organization with insights for effectively managing employee data so that business goals can be reached quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate for this position will be highly proficient in Excel, with experience in data driven workforce metrics, analytics, and reporting.

*There are two positions available: Contract (beginning ASAP) and Direct Hire*

Responsibilities at a glance:

  • Provide scheduled and adhoc reporting and analysis to HR Team members and other external customer groups
  • Produce a comprehensive weekly headcount report for distribution. Research data variances from previous week’s report
  • Perform complex data manipulation and aggregation of data from multiple data sources
  • Create and manage concise monthly HR metrics including turnover, time to hire, cost per hire
  • Proactively research and educate HR organization on data analytics trends/best practices
  • Ensure data integrity within the HRIS system (Oracle)
  • Create/maintain standardized and ad hoc reports using Oracle BI Reporting
  • Update Oracle HCM system with new jobs, departments, grade ranges, locations, list of values
  • Manage the Human Resource web pages in SharePoint
  • Recommend changes and improvements to existing processes and reports, and gather data as necessary
  • Collaborate with HRIS to leverage data available from all HR systems and external vendors
  • Build queries and dashboards within Oracle HCM system to support cross functional business needs
  • Support HR team as subject matter expert on using/navigating Oracle HCM system, reporting and creating documentation, help guides etc
  • Lead HRIS/Payroll Improvement meetings providing input and identifying solutions
  • Responsible for the data collection /submission of EEO data & working with vendor to implement AAP plan

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant Human Resources experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of data analysis/reporting experience
  • Experience with HRIS (Oracle EBS and HCM Cloud) and ATS systems required
  • Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Reporting
  • Knowledge of HR systems and how they impact HR business practices
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong working knowledge of problem solving and root cause analysis
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff
  • Highly proficient in Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Demonstrated experience working with leadership to understand requirements, provide recommendations and solutions/resolutions according to business needs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information on a frequent basis
  • Must exhibit creativity, innovation, and critical thinking
  • Strong organization skills with close attention to detail
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills with the ability to perform with a sense of urgency
