This role supports a sharp, successful professional services firm. From leave laws to benefits administration, recruitment to compliance, you’ll serve as an expert in facilitation and follow-up.  They are seeking someone who is very detailed, knows their way around the HR landscape, and one who wants to be part of a small (but mighty!) team. 

What you’ll be doing… 

 As a true generalist, you will do a little bit of everything.  You will champion all facets of the full cycle recruitment process including screening, interviewing, offers and onboarding.  You will support the performance and well-being of employees company-wide, executing benefits, communication, and records management initiatives.  While supporting all levels of stakeholders, you will influence operations, onboarding, and off-boarding.  You’ll also be the expert when it comes to reports and information gathering; you will help the team make informed decisions with a variety of data points and metrics.  

What you bring… 

  • 3-6+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist capacity 
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred 
  • Great depth of understanding and knowledge of HR compliance, laws and regulations
