HR Administrative Assistant – Downtown Portland
Mulberry Talent Partners has joined with our client, a tech company, in downtown Portland to identify a temporary HR Administrative Assistant for a contract job opportunity. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience and the ability to dive right into the role. To be successful, you must be self-driven and confident in your skillset.
This is a temporary role contracted through the end of the year. This will be a full-time role located in downtown Portland, close to all of the major MAX lines. As the HR Administrative Assistant, you will be the primary point of contact regarding onboarding, filing, and benefit administration. This is including but not limited to transitioning paper files to the electric filing system, performing all employment verification, managing the HR inbox, processing all telecommunicating agreements, I-9 verification, and background checks. It will be your responsibility to maintain federal and state compliance concerning employment.
The ideal candidate:
You bring 2+ years’ experience in a previous administrative role (preferably in HR), experience using DocuSign, some sort of performance management system, PLSP forms, and the employee hiring process. You will work collaboratively with the HR Team to be effective and efficient to provide HR support to both employees and potential candidates. Compensation range is $23-$25/hr, DOE.
