Accounting Specialist – SE Portland

Mulberry Talent Partners has joined with our start-up client in SE Portland to identify an Accounting Specialist. In this role where timeliness and accuracy are key, you will be responsible for maintaining and creating financial transactions. This role offers $18.00 per hour.

The role:

As the Accounting Specialist, your responsibilities will include performing reconciliations, keying in transactions, inputting bills and credits, cutting checks, managing vendor accounts and payments, documenting processes, reporting, and identifying areas for process improvement.

The ideal candidate:

You bring a demonstrated ability to manage a workload with multiple competing priorities, while still maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. Your background includes 2+ years’ in a general accounting role and familiarity with database applications (strong preference for NetSuite experience). Recent accounting graduates are encouraged to apply!
