Salary: $110,000 – $120,000
- Five plus years of Talent Acquisition experience with at least 3 years as a manager
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Experience in designing and implementing employee engagement and retention programs
- Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Role: Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience Manager leads a team in designing, implementing, and executing programs for attracting top talent to the company along with engaging, motivating and retaining existing employees. The ideal candidate has a manufacturing background, values relationships, is good at math, and communicative.
